Guardian Angel Program

PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer to be charged on a monthly, recurring basis for this gift, do NOT fill in the "quantity" box above. Please follow these instructions:


1. Please enter a gift amount of $25 in the "My recurring monthly contribution to the Guardian Angel Program" field below.

2. Specify your gift as RECURRING by selecting "YES" in the checkbox.

3. In the "Amount you would like to recur" box enter $25 (or more if you prefer.)

4. In the "Frequency of donation" drop down select MONTHLY.

5. In the "Number of recurrences" box please enter 11; this will make your total contributions $300 over 12 months.

6. Please confirm your gift by checking the box summarizing the duration of your Guardian Angel sponsorship.


Please also note that the "total" field will only reflect your initial gift of $25. You will receive an e-mail every month acknowledging your recurring contribution. This e-mail can be used for tax purposes and should be retained.
