The Betty White Challenge

A life long animal lover, Betty White would have celebrated her 101st Birthday this year. Since she was first born she had shared a strong love for all animals, big and small. Throughout her life time she was able to own and rescue well over two dozen within her home and give more than $12 million to animal rescues. In her honor, we are asking for you to participate in The Betty White Challenge and support Save-A-Pet true no-kill mission.

About Us

Save-A-Pet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and one of the largest no-kill cat and dog rescues in Lake County also operating a full-time adoption center. We provide a safe haven for animals who have been abused, neglected, injured, lost, or have escaped euthanasia. We will never put a limit on the amount of care we provide for an animal and we never give up on them. We offer rescued dogs and cats the greatest opportunity for a second chance. We take great pride in practicing our true no-kill mission, which has led to the successful adoption of more than 65,000 dogs and cats.
